We can produce a basic residential Valuation Report to evaluate the condition and establish the current market value of a residential property you may be thinking of buying. This is similar to the inspection that a lender will be carrying out.
The most popular survey for property purchases is a Homebuyers Survey. The RICS recognised format includes a detailed condition report.
